Tri-tip and Salmon on the Smoker

Mike and his big ol’ smoker bbq.  Here he is smoking a tri-tip, salmon, mushrooms and onions = YUM!  The smoker takes alot of effort, like starting it 3 hours before cooking. That’s what Mike tells me.  I was out entertaining wine guests and came home to a special meal accompanied with Pamo Valley’s 06 Estate Syrah, what a treat!
